NAROO is proud to service and deliver to countries all over the world because there is nothing more important to us than protecting your breathing with high-quality technology and products.

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide to over 150 countries.
  • Unfortunately there are still some places we cannot yet ship to.
  • If your country isn’t on the shipping list, please message us via our contact form.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPOs?

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO. Please use a street address in your order.

Can I change my delivery address/order after I place my order?

  • Occasionally we can fulfill these requests if you contact us before the order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the delivery destination. Please be sure you input the correct address. Any reshipment fees are your responsibility.
  • Once packages are shipped, they are in the hands of the shipping company, not NAROO.

How is my package shipped?

  • Packages will ship via DHL, UPS, EMS, Express, or Standard

Orders shipped from Korea to Europe:

  • EMS from Korea: 5-15 days
  • UPS, DHL from Korea: 3-7 day

Orders shipped from Korea Worldwide:

  • EMS – 5-15 business days.
  • DHL, UPS delivery period varies by region:
    • Asia Pacific: 2-5 days
    • South East Asia: 3-5 days
    • Oceania: 3-6 days
    • North America: 3-7 days
    • Europe: 3-7 days
    • Middle East & South Asia: 4-10 days

Are my items shipped in one package?

  • Yes, all items in an order are shipped together in one package.


How do I get free shipping?

  • We are offering Free EMS shipping on orders over $50 USD and Free UPS shipping for orders over $130 USD  (when shipped from Korea). These conditions are subject to change due to shipping rates change. 
  • Countries where EMS and UPS is not available, we are offering DHL shipping options with some discounts for carts starting from 70 USD. 


What about customs and taxes?

  • Every country has different customs and tax policies. Please check your country’s policy before you purchase. We are not responsible for any additional customs, tax, or other country-levied fees. If you wish to return your package and receive a refund, the shipping funds will be deducted from the refund.
  • When you purchase from our store, you consent to accepting the customs and tax policies of your country.


Do you provide tracking information?

  • Yes. After you place your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you can use to track your package here: https://www.17track.net/en. Please check your junk and spam boxes if you can’t find the email with your tracking information. 


My tracking number isn’t showing any information.

  • If the package is currently being processed before being handed over to the courier, your tracking number may take a few days to register in the courier’s system.


Where is my package?

  • If you have questions on the status of your package, please check https://www.17track.net/en using your tracking number and/or reach out to the shipper’s customer service. Please note that the tracking may not show up until it arrives in the destination country.

My tracking information says that the order was delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?

  • If you are unable to locate your order after tracking shows it was delivered, please be sure to check your area of delivery as sometimes couriers will leave it in hidden locations for safety. If you still cannot find it, please contact the local courier you selected at the checkout as this is the fastest way to locate the package. Otherwise, the package is subject to the shipping limitations below.


Lost Packages

  • If a package has been lost en route, please message the courier to make sure it gets to you.
  • If the package was delivered and never received, please contact the courier for resolution as we are not liable after delivery.

Shipping Limitations

  • When you place an order, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on naroomask.com . All purchases from this naroomask.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this naroomask.com pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
